What People Usually Order for Weddings
A wedding cake has two purposes: to look good when served and to appeal to a wide variety of people. That’s why this selection features light and berry-flavored cakes with a well-balanced taste—“Rafaello,” “Lavender,” “Pistachio–Raspberry,” “Marble,” “Red Velvet,” and lemon mousse.
Heavy chocolate and brightly spiced cakes are intentionally absent here: at a wedding, guests are already full, and after the feast, they eat the lighter desserts, while the heavier ones remain on the plates.
How Much Does a Wedding Cake Weigh?
The calculation is the same as for any celebration: 130–200 grams per guest. For thirty guests, that’s about 5 kg; for fifty, 8–9 kg.
We don’t make just one cake for this amount, but several: they’re easier to cut, simpler to serve, and give guests a choice of flavors. We’ll suggest a layout once you tell us the number of guests.
When to Order
We take wedding orders in advance: at least one week ahead, and during peak season—May, June, and September—it’s best to order two to three weeks in advance. Dates fill up quickly during these months.
Delivery and Serving
We’ll deliver to your celebration venue anywhere in Kharkiv or the surrounding region as agreed. It’s best to store the cake in a cool place and bring it out closer to serving time—buttercream doesn’t hold up as well in the heat.
